Please go through each of these items and follow the instructions prior to contacting TechChat support

1) Restart the device that the issue is occuring on. Check if the issue is still happening.

2) Turn the device off, unplug it, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on. Check if the issue is still happening.

3) Find and read the instruction manual and/or FAQ page for the product that you are using. Search it for words related to your issue.
